To disable a device in Device Manager, open Device Manager, expand the Network adapters section, and right-click or tap-and-hold the entry that corresponds to the network adapter to find the Disable option (enabling devices is similar). Just an update with this issue. The unidentified network is caused by my VPN. When the VPN is off the wifi connects fine. I contacted my VPN support and they had me change a myriad of settings and it resolved my connection issues. The unidentifed network still appears in my network and sharing center but if allows me to connect to my wifi
